Daughter’s love to a great mother: Help us battle diabetes

Mommy Lydia Barrameda was a hardworking sewer and mother of two children always sharing her smile and positive outlook in life until she was diagnosed with diabetes ten (10) years ago. From then she required insulin shots as maintenance medicine for her to work and move comfortably in their home. Her eldest daughter (Ma. Leny Barrameda) handled the maintenance medicines and currently the breadwinner of the family. Her son is currently in college now taking up Engineering course.

October 2017 she was diagnosed with kidney stones on her left kidney and underwent PCL procedure (removal of kidney stones) last February 2018. After the operation, she needed emergency dialysis due to chronic kidney disease and this medical procedure continues until now. She undergoes dialysis 3 times a week. She also has monthly laboratories for creatinine and CBC. Unfortunately, her daughter is having a challenge right now on sustaining all her medical expenses especially the dialysis procedure since her health card was already maxed out due to her previous operations and hospitalization. Just recently, Mommy Lydia was hospitalized and needed blood transfusions due to drop down of hemoglobin. All prayers and any kind of financial assistance will really help my friend Leny and her mother on their battle against diabetes.
