Czear Art and Studios is a project, aimed at elevating young talents in Africa (Nigeria) especially kids talented in music, dance and acts. the project is to provide a dance company for those who are talented in dance, so as to provide employment for them. provide a record label, that will provide a management body for those young people talented in singing and finally a movie production company in the long run for those youth who can act.  note that this project is strictly for those multi-talented youths roaming the street of nigeria, unemployed, poor, and youths being used for anti-social activies. this project CZEAR will accomodate this youth and rehabilitize them into creating wealth for themselves using their talents, while we (CZEAR) becomes the management company. CZEAR will provide such functions as... 1. Create Platforms for those youth to showcase their talents (EVENTING). 2. Become an Entertainment body, that will manage these youths. 3. A force into the entertainment market, Organise a crowdy smooth flow market for their products and services. 4. Hire professionals who will help train the youths. 5. Build a studio that will enable them work and earn. 6. After their trainings, they become full staffs in their respective fields (Employment). 7. Ensure their safety and well being. 8. Record Label (CZEAR MUSIC GROUP) 9. Dance Company (CZEAR DsTUDIO) 10. Movie productions (CZEAR MEDIA CONCEPT) 11. Boost the nations economy
