CYROSS ELECTRIC LIFTER

Merry Christmas to all of you....

I, Mary Jane Chua. Mother of Cyross Keyzar Andrie Chua Dajugar(patient).

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter with much hope that you might be able to help me. My son Cyross now growing to fast Now his 15 years old and growing taller and heavier. He has a motor disability common called CEREBRAL PALSY. Cerebral palsy (CP)is a group of disorders that affect a person's ability to move and maintain balance and posture. CP is the most common motor disability of childhood. Due to his disability he need assistance every now and then. We need to carry him from one place to another like moving him to his wheelchair from his bed or vise versa. Now that his a teenager and a tall young man. 3 person need to carry him using patient transfer pad. But its no longer safe for my son and to his aunties carrying him.

Aside from the disability he has... His left leg also an issue. But as per the doctor checked on him. Not yet the rigjt time to have his operation because his still growing.

While browsing I found an equipment to help people like my son. They call it electric patient lifter. Its a big help for my son and to the person who's taking care of him. Only one person be needed to perform or operate the machine.

The issue is that at the moment I am not financially stable and I cannot afford the equipment which is beyond my affordability as the only provider for my son daily needs. (Diapers, food, meds and etc). As a single mother, I find difficult two ends meet.

Under these circumstances, I earnestly request your goodselves to assist me t buy the electric patient lifer for my son Cyross.

Any amount is a big help. I believe that with your help it will make my son more safer and comfortable.
