Hi everyone,
As you know, nowadays, most of the companies are profit orientation. How many companies will really want to contribute to society truly? I afraid not many.
Taiwan (TW) seems a developed country in world but in fact, TW’s salary is super low. A lot of Taiwanese, especially teenagers, are suffering from low salary. They cannot forecast what their future look like.
However, looking back to data, TW is not a poor country. So, how come this will happen? The true is boss do not want to share what they earn with employees and lead to bad business culture.
Thus, I would like to establish a truly ethical company, which will share 35 to 40% of profit with my employees in order to push up a new business culture in Taiwan. At the beginning, I would like to set up a management company to manage asset and will hire around 5 people.
Here, I really need the one, who are really agree my idea, to fund my business. Every dollar is important for me.
