Craft Brewery and Beer Boat

I would like to launch a craft brewery in Odesa, Ukraine, where I own an old motor boat and to combine boat cruises on a boat with craft beer tours/beer tasting sessions and fishing. I have friends-brewers who are ready to partner to ensure "beer related" input.

So far, I need funds to reconstruct/repair the boat and buy brewing equipment, as well as to rent premises for the brewery and obtaining all relevant premissive documents for business/hiring the personnel and involve subcontractors.
