Covid19 Relief and House Repairs

I am Eleanor, a flood survivor of Typhoon Sendong and resident in the Philippines. I am currently staying at my elderly mom's house, the same place where it was flooded because I am unemployed. Due to Covid-19, I am unable to find work. Also, we do not have that unemployment claim and we are unqualified for a social amelioration program. Thankfully, we can be able to enough foods but most are canned goods which are not good for my mom's health.

Our ground floor is messy filled with water dripping from our rooftop whenever it rains. We currently built a second floor but we do not have windows. I am planning to work online but we have new renters who bully us every day when they see me in my room because again, we do not have windows on our second floor.

As you can see on the outside, there is a blue house and next to the house are filled with renters who bully us. They can see me when I stand up especially at day. At night, they can see our lights open. They are angry at us because they thought we are taking photographs of them when they go out at night drinking and smoking after curfew hours at the back of our wall. They are angry at us because we scolded them for their attitude towards us and our house. We know that we have been humiliated and accused badly by them through social media.

Besides our neighbors living in front of our house, we also have people living at the back of our house who are from the squatters area. They like to burn their dry leaves on our wall. Their smoke went inside our house numerous times. We had called the cops one time but they grew more angrier at us and even went so far in supporting the neighbors upfront.

As you can see we have at least 6 windows on our second floor, we wish to stay on this house no matter what our neighbors will do to us because we do not have any other house to go to and enough money to support ourselves.

We also need to build a proper wall between us and our neighbors who are living in the squatter area for safety concerns and install CCTV cameras to watch out from our neighbors who are living in front of us.

Besides that, we also need to repair everything on our second floor of our house, whenever it rains, water comes out on our wall. This is because the previous carpenters tricked and deceived my mom when I was still working outside our city.

Please help me and my mom during this time.
