Covid 19 Lock down/school assistance

hello every one My Name is Joy Mae, i'm from negros occidental, i'm a college student from STI West Negros University, I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing this letter to ask for assistance towards my tuition fees. Unfortunately my parents lost there jobs because of corona virus therefore my parents can't provide or sustain my studies and pay my tuition fees. I did not take out a student loan as I did not want to get myself into debt, as it is too late to apply I was hoping you would be able to provide some sort of assistance towards my studies. I have contacted all my immediate family members and friends and all the relevant government bodies for grant but have been unsuccessful so far. and right now i may not able to find financial assistance here because of lockdowns and community quarantine, i hope i can save money before the school starts and can pay my tuition fee,exams, thank you in advance,
