In the past 4 years, Căsuța pisicească has become a refuge where severely injured, abandoned or unwanted cats found comfort and medical attention.
Perhaps now more than ever, the kitties need out help, in order to have a shelter of their own for the first time.
Somewhere in Bârnova, nearby the city of Iasi, there is a 500 sm land which our four-legged architects inspired us to envision as a shelter of 15-20 rooms made out of containers with sandwich walls. Following painful previous experiences when we lost many souls to panleukopenia and other contagious illnesses because of lack of space and the possibility to quarantine, and upon the kittens’ request, we would like for each container-room to have its own enclosure for the cats to breathe fresh air.
In total, we need 30.000 euros to purchase the land, the containers, a fence and a couple of minimal pieces of furniture.
Every donation counts and even a couple of euros add up to a ‘’brick’’ that paves the way to a brighter future for the stray kittens in Iași.
The little whiskers and paw give you a heartfelt ‘’thank you’’ and hopefully soon we will be able to welcome you into our home, the Căsuța Pisicească in Bârnova.
