Campaign Story
This is a construction project intended to be a starting point and a stepping stone into real estate investment. The plot or piece of land where the project stands is located in Kisii Town in Kenya, about 1km from the town centre on the Kisii-Nyatieko road. Planning and approval of the project was done in 2017. Construction commenced in December 2017 and only the foundation has been done up to ground level.
The project is planned to be a two-storrey building with a total of 15 units. According to the Bill of Quantities (BQ), the project requires Ksh. 24,094,773 which translates to about 240000 US Dollars. Note that Ksh stands for "Kenya Shillings".
In view of the fact that my financial ability does not suffice to move the project with reasonable momentum, I humbly appeal to able and willing citizens of the world to make willful and generous financial donations to help push the project to its completion in good time.
