At the end of 2019, my partner and I opened a Corporation called Golden hammer. The Corporation is registered in the Philippines. But our partners and I had a problem in January 2020 – a potential investor who lived in Moscow in Russia suddenly died. Therefore, we are currently without an investor, so we have to seek help in implementing our project.
