Conscious choice – an educational project

Hello! My name is Adriana and alongside Mihai, my collegue, I started to do volunteer work about 4 years ago when we've took part of an initiative group who developed a project about promoting books and reading. Everything starts from education and the tomorrow society is gonna be as the one we make today. So we have to make it better, we said. In 2012 I took the courage and opened, with my dear colleague, an NGO that creates educational and cultural projects. All we did till now, we did without big sponsorship or grants, but only with passion, desire and some wonderful people around us who wanted to get involved. We develop different projects, from projects dedicated to children and youth, to adults. We wish with all our hearts to be able to dedicate ourselves to these beautiful projects and we wish to become fully devoted to our passion, to the projects we manage for different comunities. Let's stop to one project that we want to develop in the near future called "Conscious choice". Through this project, as the team is formed by sociologists, we would like to offer consulting services for young people from Brasov county (Romania) in choosing the faculty they want to go to and also to organize workshops on how to write a CV, how to present to interviews to get a jos and, why not, how to develop a career plan. I think people can benefit from this and I assure you a project like it is needed in my country. And we would like to offer these services for free to all the people searching for answers in this area in the first year of activity. We have big plans, so we want to develop this project further, in other towns from Romania. So, we appeal to you. You can help us start this project.
