I have a business idea but I don’t have enough funds to start the business. I want to change the relationship of job seekers to recruiters and companies into a positive and more collaborative one.

I thought of this idea after seeing a lot of people complaining about their job search experience on Linkedin and other major social media. I’ve seen stories from job seekers who are frustrated of their job search experience and recruiters who are unappreciated. It also cost many companies great talents plus brand reputation.
