College tuition needed

I am raising money for my college tuition this semester. I worked very hard to come to this university. But due to mental health issues last semester I could not concentrate on studies and I lost my scholarship. So now I have to pay 700,000JPY. My parents are not well off and my dad is ill so all our money goes into that. But I don’t want to lose track of my education and it is not possible for me to raise the money doing part time jobs by the college tuition deadline. Please help me out.
