College Credit Debt

Hello. My name is George Tentean. I am a senior year student at the University of Art and Design from Cluj-Napoca, Romania, specializing in photography and videography. I am also an aspiring 2D and 3D animator, working in Cinema 4D, 3D Studio Max, After Effects, Unreal Engine 4, etc. My problem is this: I have various college classes without any credit from the previous two years (I wasn't exactly a model student, but I've learned my lesson), and I need to pay up the credit debt before I can go on with my classes and hope to receive my Bachelor of Arts degree in July of 2015. I commute daily from my hometown of Gherla to Cluj-Napoca, where the college is (1 hour by train). Because of this, I can't find any employment opportunities (tried some freelance logo design for a while, but it didn't pan out). Therefor, I would seriously appreciate any funding to help me solve my problems. I estimate around 5000 Euros are enough to pay for my college taxes on the second semester, transportation fee for said semester, and various other taxes that need to be accounted for by the end of the semester (BA diploma release tax, project materials). I hope to raise this amount of money by February 6th, 2015, and in return I could provide you gracious helpers with 2D or 3D animations, promo videos, short commercials, anything in the line of animation or photo-video montage.
