Campaign Story
I am doing this fundraiser for a Class C sailboat called Xena which has participated in sailing at Annual The Family Island Regatta ,Long Island Regatta and twice in Nassau at the Best of the Best Regatta winning third place .
She was built in remembrance of our daughter Xena who passed away at the age of 10 years old,to AML Leukemia.She passed away two weeks after being diagnosed.
My husband built her in 2014 and unfortunately she needs a medium sail ,new Riggings ,boom and crew shirts.In order for the sailboat to take part in the upcoming regatta ,I am asking for all the help that could make this happen for the upcoming regatta which is in April 2019So I am asking for donations of any amount ,I know money is tight so any amount is appreciated.
