Good day!

This is my sister, Lielani Martin, who is a Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Patient, with Acute Coronary Syndrome and Cerebrovascular Disease. She had her dialysis session last July 21, 2021. Unfortunately, her dialysis was unfinished/unsuccessful due to blood clotting that happened one hour to go to finish her dialysis session. After termination of her session, she suddenly felt dizzy. She fainted for 2 mins and easily get back to her consciousness. After that, she suddenly felt weakness that makes it difficult for her to move her legs and arms. She was referred to be admitted and as we are on our way to National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI), her vital signs suddenly dropped. The rescue team decided to bring my sister to the nearest hospital, which happened to be a private hospital.

Currently, our sister is on her 3rd day in the hospital and her running bill is already amounting to PHP 121,429.59 as of July 24, 2021, 11:42AM, excluding Professional Fees (she has four (4) doctors). As of the moment, my sister is not yet stable and was suggested to be admitted in ICU. We could not even find government hospitals who has an available ICU and she has been rejected because of that.

You can also reach out to us if you might know where we can transfer our sister to a government hospital that has an available ICU (we are located in Pateros). We've tried reaching out to some government hospitals such as Rizal Medical Center, Pasig City General Hospital, Ospital ng Makati, Taguig-Pateros District Hospital, but we couldn't find an available ICU.
