I am Norvin Gonato, 31 years old from The Philippines. I am diagnosed with Stage 5 chronic kidney disease. My life is being sustained by undergoing dialysis 3x a week. Despite having a job, paying for my medicine and dialysis is becoming extremely challenging for me. I would like to ask for financial help to fund my ongoing battle with my kidney disease.
