CJ needs your help now…

Carlo Jade Velasco is a middle child who always thinks about the needs of his siblings before himself. Despite his desire to complete his college education, he decided to stop for a while to help his father in earning enough income to send his other siblings to school. He started working at the age of 18 and has always been receiving commendation from his superiors because of his enthusiastic and energetic performance at work.

Though he has his own personal needs too, he would give all his earnings to his mother, making sure that their needs will be met. He is an amazing son, a loving brother and a good friend to everyone around him. However, his life will never be the same again due to a fatal motorcycle crash that almost took his life in the evening of November 11. His head and face were severely damaged. He needs to undergo surgery to restore his broken bones. CJ doesn't have any insurance nor savings to fund this operation.

The family wish to solicit all forms of help anyone can offer for the increasing amount of hospital bill and other medical expenses for his complete recovery.
