Chronic Fatigue Syndrome medical tests/treatments.

Okay here goes.. So I am Anthony, 28 years old and I have been struggling medically with severe chronic fatigue syndrome for over 5 years. I have tried every insurance covered medical procedure/examination out there, but finding a specific pathology around which to develop a treatment has been very difficult and thus the treatments have been largely ineffective.

Recently I have been consulting with a M.D and professor in Brussels that specializes in patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Which has been a positive experience in terms of finally getting to the bottom of my issues, with regard to medical testing and examinations.

The bottom line is that, I have a severe case of gut dysbiosis , with an overgrowth of yeasts resulting in an inflamed intestinal tract leading to indigestion and a reduced uptake of nutrients likely causing the fatigue. As well as a couple of underlying infections. I am also extremely skinny for my height. 58 kgs at 177 cm. (due to not digesting any foods).

Now shortly put, the initial tests where expensive (2000 euros) and not covered by insurance, neither is the treatment which is a combination of supplements and antiviral medications costing me a few hundred euros each month. My idea was to give the treatment a go for a couple of months to see whether it has any effect, but I'm on an extremely low budget due to not being able to work with this disease. I also have no support/contact from/with parents due to an abusive childhood.

Currently the treatment has been put on hold as a result.

So I'm putting up a crowdfund initiative. I need about a 1-2 thousand euros to give this treatment a try and pay for any mid treatment evaluation parameter tests. Any amount of money is helpful.
