Christmas miracle needed to save our lives

My family needs a Christmas miracle. Life has its ups and downs. My husband and I lost our jobs two years ago and we strive everyday to make ends meet to ensure our little ones have food on the table and our daily neccessities. We try to do anything to keep afloat. We are looked down upon by friends and family but that is the least of my concerns.

We tried endlessly for two years to find a job but nobody would give us a chance. We turned to the banks to get financing for business but they too turned us down. We submitted a great idea to an agency to develop a company and they rejected it but we found out only later that they had indeed used our ideas. Such is life!

My kids, as little as 5 years old, all suffer from Autism Spectrum Disorder and we cannot even afford the therapies and treatments. My husband and I both suffer from kidney disease but we try to stay healthy as possible to keep going. Despite the circumstances, my kids are homeschooled and we do our best as parents. We do not believe that self pity will help but we believe in making the best out of every situation no matter how dire it is.

The eviction notice on our home is out and we will be homeless in a month. I cannot bear the thought of my kids being homeless. We have been unable to pay our rent for 6 months as the very little we earn go to food and my kid's neccessities.

The reason we created a gofundingpage is to seek a fresh start that will enable us to open a restaurant as we are good cooks and can cook up a storm! We believe that our plans will work and can change our lives with the new business. Our kids can have a brighter future and we can have access to proper therapy for their Autism. We can also finally send them to a good school that can cater to their needs. We can then seek the treatment for our kidney diseases before it gets worse, God forbid.

Hopefully this christmas, there will be some food on the table. I pray for this Christmas miracle and I thank everyone in advance for helping us make that first step to a fresh start. God bless!
