Chris Malolos open heart surgery for pacemaker installation

I was diagnose with cardiomyopathy heart problem in 2016 and a few months ago i Had a stroke which doctor said that it could be from the heart, then when i was ran into the 2d echo machine it came out that my heart was is so big that it is about on 20-27% functioning rate , so i was recommended for a heart transplant since Philippines doesn't have that certain procedure i was recommended an alternative which is the pacemaker installation and another procedure to lessen some fats in my heart ... i was advice to have 1.5m ready for the said procedures . my family nor I don't have that kind of fund so i am reaching out to all good hearten people , not for me but for the sake of my 4 young kids aging from (8years - 1year old) who needs their father. PROPER MEDICAL DOCUMENTS COULD BE PRESENTED AS NEEDED .
