childrens after school play center and learning

Im looking to rent a place and give the children of the government schools somewhere to hang out and learn new skills,To keep them off the roads and allow them to build new friendships and new life skills with team building.Im the head personal trainer at a western gym and wellness center,so I would like to give the children out door activities and indoor sports to allow them to build some sort of sense of working together.

im looking to get a couple of table tennis tables, some footballs maybe a few other sports we can arrange abit more cheaply. we don't want to charge these children more than 10 baht per visit if we can my time and a fellow trainer will give out time for free a few hours per week to help.we will have to maybe hire and pay a few teachers to help if we run the place more than we can both handle.
