Campaign Story
Hazel Yap, our dear former colleague at work is currently diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer Stage 3. At her young age of 27, she will be needing 14 sessions of chemotherapy. According to her doctor at Amang Rodriguez Hospital, the 14 sessions will cost P80,000. We are raising P100,000 for her other medical expenses, like medicines and doctor's fee.
Hazel is currently confined at Amang Rodriguez Hospital since May 31. She had a stroke and she currently cannot speak.
We know that times are tough but we are knocking at your hearts. Hazel is a young, kind and cheerful girl who has this beautiful smile. She deserves to be given a chance to fight this and we all your help, we know that she can survive this! As we know in cancer,TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. As soon as she recovers from her stroke, they will start immediately with chemo. That is why we are already pooling for donations as of now.
