This is about changing lives of the under-privileged. Young boys and girls in my community are so talented as is the case with you the reader. My younger brother founded a football team called Dandora Youth Football Club so that the youth could get a chance to build their own lives and become responsible citizens. I have seen the Non-profit organization grow to what it is now. It is time for me to do something. They've wanted a bus for a long time. No one has come to their rescue until now.

I have started this campaign so that they can afford to buy a bus. This is the club's ultimate DREAM.

Dandora Youth Football Club was formed in August 2003, with an objective of curbing increasing criminal activities and vices among the youth in the area. This is being done by involving the youth in recreational and development activities. The main objective of Dandora Youth F.C. is to mobilize the youth to participate in recreational and development activities and tackle the roots of social issues they face.

We are also focusing on creating awareness among these youth who seem to be living in a cocoon of naivety and ignorance about issues afflicting them. It is evident that much work remains to be done, but it is better for us young people to light two lamps than continue cursing the darkness in which we find ourselves.

Dandora Youth F.C. is a Football Club giving youth the chance to advance in their soccer careers. We have teams from different age categories, we start nurturing our talents at the age of 12 yrs as we monitor their development, most of the senior teams playing in the Kenyan Premier like sourcing their players from Dandora Youth F.C. since our players we give out when they are complete, both in terms of career and discipline wise at a tender age.

Dandora Youth Football Club organise football championship for children from deprived areas in Nairobi. Kids from Dandora, Korogocho, Babadogo, Kayole, Lucky summer, Kariobangi South and Huruma who take part the tournament and during the finals the team which becomes the winner gets trophy, medals and T-Shirt branded Dandora Youth F.C. with the DYFC Logo and some little cash to take home to celebrate with their families.
