This is Catrina, a dog that I've been feeding since last year. He is owned by a neighbor while I have 50 other rescues of my own.

Last August, I have noticed some lumps on his private part and back. I was 90% sure that it was TVT (transmissible venereal tumor), given that he is from the same are where I rescued another dog with the same symptoms.

On September, I've tried talking to his owner that I will bring Catrina to the vet in which they rejected. And there starts my weekly dognapping to have him treated.

September 21. I got the chance to dognapped him so I brought him to the vet carefully and quickly. Unfortunately, my guess was right, he got TVT on severe stage. He has one medium lump in the front part of his p*nis, a large lump on the back part and two small lumps on his back plus blood coming out of his p*nis.

According to the vet, it would be a minimum of 5 sessions or more for him to heal, depending on how his body would react to the medicines. The total cost of his first session was $130 and I was able to do it with the help of other people and by using some of my inside rescues budget.

September 28. Second chemo session done. We went to the vet late in the afternoon as Catrina showed up late. Had three instances of almost got caught/seen by his owners.

He has been reacting to the chemo medication well. No more blood coming from his private part but still has some liquid coming from it. The lumps in his back were almost gone, the circle wound on his a**hole healed up and the lumps on his private part got a little bit smaller. His weight also went up, from 11.2kg to 11.7kg.

He already recognized the clinic and the vet. He didn't want to walk on the pathway leading to the vet. Once inside, he wanted to go out. Good thing is he no longer needed to have a muzzle on.

October 5. Done with the 3rd chemo for his TVT. The vet said that his cauliflower lump on the front part is almost gone but the lump on the back part is still big. We will know on his 4th session if we have to extend his medications.

October 10. Saw him earlier and given him treats. While waiting for me to open it, I noticed that his p*nis was dripping some more blood. After awhile, a blood clot dropped from it. Good thing is his tumors are distinctly smaller now. The front tumor is gone, the back tumor is still there but way smaller so I think the blood clot was from the tumor itself.

He needs few more chemo sessions for him to completely heal and be neutered so it won't happen again. Can you help me save and extend Catrina's life?,
