Cat Garfield needs home

We have a neighborhood cat wandering around our garden for a few weeks now. The owners are known, but they don't care about the cat (we call him Garfield), all they want is to get rid of him. He never goes inside their house, nor does get any food (he has his places to get somehow) or water, is a bit on the thin side and has worms.

Currently we only give some water, as we don't want to get to attached (yet) and we're hoping the animal organizations in the Netherlands would take care of the cat, but they don't mind either (heard from different people from the neighborhood and we also made contact with the organizations).

He is pretty much all day in the garden and calling us in the night to get inside, which we don't do (of course), its not our cat. But the owners want to get rid of it, that's fine, but then we need some funding to take care of him.

All we ask is a donation for the veterinary, food, accessory and some love.
