Dear cat lovers, friends and supporters,

We had very difficult December & January. A few of our kittens were sick and our Dara spent 6 weeks in a vet clinic until her multiple open wounds healed completely. Her bill is huge! Link to her story:

DARA NEEDS HELP & A HOME.

Today, 3 February 2020, we admitted our kittens Belka & Strelka to a vet clinic for castration. They will be discharged tomorrow and we have to pay their bill. Link to their story:

BELKA & STRELKA SEEK LOVING, FOREVER HOME/S.

More kittens will be due for castration in the next couple of weeks. And we still owe the 3 vet clinics in Nesebar, Burgas & Varna for the treatment of our late Adam. Link to his album: GOODBYE SWEET ADAM!

It is time to replenish our food supplies. These are critically low and we must place our order now.

Our small team is taking care of over 70 rescues and 2 colonies of strays. Quite a few of the cats under our wing are special needs. I'd like to tell you briefly about two of them.

RUDDY is a three-legged cat, victim of unimaginable cruelty. Excerpt of his album: "Imagine to have to hunt for food and to have to run from evil "humans", and other dangers with a broken leg! Imagine to have no where warm to go to and to have to spend the icy cold winter nights curled up on the snow-covered soil. Imagine going to sleep on an empty stomach - so empty, it hurts...This is what Ruddy went thru for months after a two-legged monster deliberately"broke the ca't left front leg! "

GLORIA is our disabled sweetheart. She has been thru a lot. Excerpt from her album: "She lived all her life as a stray, roaming the mean streets of Bulgaria. One fateful day she was run over by speeding car, which almost killed her. The cat's abdominal cavity was wide open and her internal organs spilled out. Her right eyeball was hanging out of its socket and her right hind paw was totally crashed. Gloria has undergone lengthy, emergency surgery and has recovered quite well but had no where to go. She was put back on the streets and was struggling immensely. When we learned of her plight, we stepped in immediately and placed her in a foster home."

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MEET OUR FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS RELATED TO OUR RESCUES. YOUR ARE THEIR LIFELINE!

YOUR DONATION SAVES LIVES! THESE ARE NOT JUST EMPTY WORDS. YOU CAN FIND PLENTY OF EVIDENCE ON OUR PAGE: Bulgarian Stray Cats Rescue & Rehabilitation Centre.

The cats and their Team BSCRRC thank you!
