The CAPGoo^® System is a web based

application that implements the Go-As-You-Pay concept, allowing to

'Owners' to rent/lease their own transportation vehicles to renters,

maintaining full control for the entire period of rental by continuing

to enable or, just in case, disabling the vehicles functionalities in

case of missing payment for one or more installments or for whatever

motivation.

Introduction

The economies of individual countries - as well as

the global one - are facing major changes that

lead to thinning of the spending capabilities

of the 'middle class', whose numeorsity was very

significant until a few years ago for its highest possibility and willingness to spend for the purchase

of products and services.

Consequently, access to a large part of these prod

ucts and services is more difficult as well as
