Hello, My brother got infected with cancer since january,2014. Cancer type is nasophryngial carcinoma. He got 8 dosage chemotherapy then radiotherapy in three months. According to protocol we had finished.

After three months a recurence in lymph node, parotide Gland and facial nrve.he had a surgery in 2016. Then chemotherapy (8 doses) and radiotherapy.

They surgery he had is to try to save his life. So in the surgery the facial nerve, part of outer ear, part of right mandibular are taken out. This lead to many symptome for him so he complain of difficulte in mustication and swallowing

Also he cannot close his right eye , speaking is diffecult. Mandibolar misalighmint and not stable all of this proplem due to must of muscle and nerve in the right sit of face is paralysed.

Please help my brother from facial paralysis

‎مرحبا. أخي كان عمره 10 سنين قدر الله عليه بمرض سرطاني في البلعوم الأنفي سنة 2014. تم نقله للعلاج في الخارج وأخذ 8 جرعات كيماوي و35 جلسة علاج إشعاع وفقا للبروتوكول.

‎لم تطل المدة سوى 3 أشهر حتى عاد إليه الورم بصورة أشرس من السابق؛ حيث عاد إليه في الغدد النكافية ويشمل الغدة النكافية والعصب السابع .

‎قررت له إثر ذلك عملية جراحية لإنقاذ الطفل وتم استئصال الورم كما تم استئصال العصب السابع وجزء من الفك السفلي وجزء من الأذن والغدد المذكورة

‎كان من المقرر له عملية إعادة بناء للوجه واصلاح العصب السابع ولكنني لم أستطع إكمال علاجه.

‎وهو الآن يعاني من شلل في الجانب الأيمن من الوجه لا يستطيع تحريك عينه ويعاني من صعوبة في المضغ والبلع. أتمنى أن نستطيع إنقاذ أخي من الشلل وأن نكمل رحلة علاجه بسلام .
