Can I build my own house?

I am from Spain, and i am looking to build my own house. Right now i am living with my mother, and we are always arguing... dont be late, dont do this...I am working hard every day, but I cant afford to pay a rent, so i want to build my own house. I am working with people with special needs and i will like to build a house with so many bedrooms to share the life with my boys and girls of the work. I have the parcel, the license, my hands... I only need to pay the bills.A house with accesibility, soul and so many hearts. Many thanks.
