A place to live, a place to work!

This will be a New Start for Holger and Jessie as family in Falam/Chin State in the West of Myanmar.

4 years we live now together in Falam as a family, and for 7 years Holger is in Myanmar as a Missionary already, working with the Strait Foundation Myanmar.

The Strait Foundation is a faith-based NGO that works together with the local churches. We share our knowledge of Bible-based Education and so by try to build God's Kingdom among marginalized and underserved People in poor areas of Myanmar (Chin State) by bringing Help for a better Future and the Love of Jesus through our Ministry!

To Support our Livelihood and be free to serve the local community, we want to start our own Businesses, and we have a good chance to buy our own place right next to where we rent a home at the moment.

BUSINESS Part

This Property and Building has enough capacity to house a Hair, Nail and Beauty Studio, what my wife Jessie will run (there are enough women, who ask for that service around us).

And a Wood and Metal Workshop for Furniture and Repairs which is something I would love to open (Falam is a developing Town, as whole Myanmar is, there is a need for Quality and Modern Technique, in a Flexible Way of a Small Production mixed with Individual Repairs on Demand).

HOME Part

In Addition to the Business Side we need a Place called Home, safe for our Son to grow up and Room enough with a little Garden, for some Food Supply and Recreational Space.

Price:

As the Owners of the Property know my wife, a part of the Buying Price would be enough to make the Deal (the Rest we can Pay in Time). We need estimated 25.000,- € / $ for this (full price of the property is estimated 30.000,- € / $ or about 750 Lakh in Myanmar Kyats).

After we are able to buy, we need to do Repairs and add to the existing structure. Water Tower, Furnishing and Equipment for Studio and Workshop need to be acquired.

The Building needs some Improvement (Bathroom, Drywalling, Ceiling, Insulation).

We need to renew our Communication Gadgets as well (our phones are old and half broken).

That all will add the same Amount and more to the existing price (another 10.000,- to 15.000,- €/$).
