CABG operation of my father

Hi, this is Johanna Paula Matias, daughter of Mr. Eusebio "Jojo" V. Cortez Jr. who is needing financial assistance for his upcoming heart operation or surgery. We are humbly asking for financial help or donations as my father is needing 1M Philippine peso ($20,000) for his CABG or Coronary Artery Bypass Graft operation which will be done at the Philippine Heart Center under Dra. Sadava (Internal Medicine & Cardiologist).

Last July 20, 2019 he was hospitalized due to heart attack while driving. He was confined in the Intensive care unit for 6 days and was transferred to a regular room and stayed there for 3 days. The total amount is 422,396.84 (or almost $9,500). We are still on the process of paying the balance of the hospital bill. After that, last Sept. 15, 2019, the 2nd heart attack happened while he was sleeping. We sent him to the nearest hospital and decided to transfer him to the Philippine Heart Center Hospital later on to check what's the cause of his breathing problem. He was confined there until Sept. 24, 2019. I talked to the credit and collection officer and make a promisory note that my family and I are still working on how we will pay our balance.

The Angiogram procedure has been done and saw 3 blockage in the coronary arteries. As per doctor's advice, we can go home with the take home medicines and come back for the CABG or bypass operation procedure. Which is very urgent and needs to be done as soon as possible. We are not loosing hope even if the doctor revealed the amount that we need for the surgery. We have GOD on our side, my families, friends and relatives for us to be strong on this matter.

My father is turning 57 years old this coming Oct. 27, 2019. We wish for a successful operation and praying that this will be the greatest gift for his upcoming birthday. Any amount will be a big help for us.

As a daughter I will do ANYTHING for my father who DOES anything for us to live.
