Buy Shane a Boat

I'm raising funds to close my bucket list out. I have been an expat living in Japan for 9 years and am married with children. I teach JHS English. My wife and I both work full time jobs and last year we were able to buy a house so our kids had a stable environment to grow up in.

I'm 50 years old and am experiencing some health problems related to my heart. I quit smoking 4 years ago helping to extend my life expectancy greatly.

Our current load of debt wont allow us to buy the one thing that I've always dreamed of having, a boat. I'm not looking to buy a brand new boat and am interested in a blue water cruising sailboat to sail around this incredible world we live in. I have a lot of DIY skills that i can use to maintain and even bring a boat back to life with.

This is the last project I wish to involve myself with and share the experience with my wife and children. I appreciate your time and any help you may offer.
