Building a pet shelter

Hello,

Let me introduce ourselves. I am a teacher, my husband is an engineer. We like our jobs, but our salaries are rather small, just enough to live a quiet life. We've been together since our childhood. And we've always wanted to do something bigger in our life, to make our world a better place. We've been helping people and animals as much as we could all our life, still it's not enough.

Finally, we decided that we should make one of our dreams come true. We can build a shelter for homeless pets - abandoned animals is a real problem in our country.

A place where animals can be treated for illnesses, fed and be safe, and, hopefully, wait for their new owner.

So we sold our city flat and bought a house in a country, but it is only walls and roof. It needs a lot of money to make it possible to live in. But that's ok, we can manage it.

But for now, unfortunately, all our money are being spent on the house itself, we've already got a loan. Our living is pretty hard now but we won't give up. So we have to save again for our dream. It will take 5 or more years till we are able to organise a shelter in a proper way.

We never asked for help, we managed to solve our problems ourselves, but this time we are desperate. And we need the world to notice us so we could leave something good after us.

I wish we could start helping as soon as possible.
