Currently, many railway crossing points in Dong Hoi are causing serious risks to the safety of road users. This railway does not have sufficient safety measures to protect pedestrians or passing vehicles. This leads to a high risk of traffic accidents, especially during rush hours or in bad weather conditions. We propose to use this grant to improve railroad crossing safety, including by: Construction or improvement of railroad crossing structures, including installation of bollards, warning lights, and signs to warn of hazards. Enhance community education and propaganda about safety when walking or driving across the railway. Establish speed controls and vehicle restrictions at railroad crossings to reduce the risk of collisions and accidents. We believe that improving traffic safety at railroad crossings is not only an urgent priority but also an investment in the safe and sustainable future of our community.
