Brother, s education

Hello everyone,
I will start by introducing my family. There is me, my younger brother and my mom. I lost my dad when I was young. My mom is sick and she recently had an operation done for which I borrowed a huge amount of money. 2020 has been terrible all round, and I lost my job because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I was paying for my brother's education but now, I have no source of income.
About him - he finished his undergraduate course and is planning to enrol in an MD program (which is not something we can afford). With no source of income, it seems almost impossible for him to go on. He already has a huge gap in his education and can't afford any more delay. It has always been his dream to become a doctor and help keep the community healthy. I am worried that if he doesn't get admission, he will get depressed. Education is so expensive in India, and all our efforts will go to waste if he can't get admitted soon. It will feel just so hopeless.
