Broke to be student

Hello.

I am in the unfortunate situation that I cannot apply for any welfare ordeals due to the fact I have applied for university, and while I have been applying for some 100+ jobs, the best I have been able to get was a 1 week internship, that didnt lead to nothing else.

I start studying in september, and meanwhile my bills are racking up, causing me to fear having to drop out instantly, upon starting my studies, because I will not have money for books, transportation and the likes, by the time I start.

I sincerely hope someone will help me out somehow, but I am no good at the whole media buzz/creating a hype around something, so I suspect this will just get lost in the list of things on the web that was forgotten.
