Book and Bike

Hi,

maybe you are on Instagram, Facebook or Polarsteps and have read about my bicycletrip to COP27. If not, I was 72-years old, when I started my longdistans bicycle trip from Katrineholm, Sweden to Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt for COP27. I was riding my electric assisted city-bicycle, because when I bought that bicycle, I was told, there are no electric assisted bicycles for touring and those will never come, because of the range of the batteries. Luckily, he wasn't right.

Anyway, I was riding my city-bike all the way to COP27 and also for half of the way home. I had a second battery in a backpack on my back. I couldn't attach it to the bicycle. I had a lot of trouble with that city-bike.

I wrote about all of this adventure. The manuscript is ready now and I sent it to several publishers. I hope one of them will publish the book. If not, I'll publish it online as a pdf. In any case, it will be a trilogy with color pictures. It may be at the end of this year or the beginning of 2025.

On 30th April this year I will be on the road again - and I hope with an electric assisted touring bicycle. I found the perfect one, but I can't afford it, therefore I offer you:

To get a copy of my book, please donate 10EUR now. If it will become a pdf, with this amount it will be paid for full. If it really will become a hard copy, it depends on the best price the publisher will give me. I think it will be more expensive, because it has to become a trilogy:

1st part - Sweden to Egypt, including COP27

2nd part - Egypt, Israel and Palestine

3rd part - Cyprus and back to my home

In that case, I'll ask you for an additional payment.

Actually I need to sell almost 600 copies to have enough for that ultimate electric assisted touring bicycle. I am counting on your interest in my story.
