Bone grafting for Broken Femur

I was involved in a vehicular accident on May 2019. My left elbow and left leg were severely damaged. My humerus bone and elbow were broken, index finger fractured and my pinky was amputated. My leg got a non union fracture and I've already had multiple surgeries since day one. I currently have an ilizarov fixator and still need to undergo bone grafting procedure as soon as possible.

The person responsible for the accident had sworn to help me until I will be able to get back to work. It lasted only for the first few procedures and left me hanging as of this moment. I am the breadwinner of the family and solely taking care of my mother at the time.
