Bloodpressure medication and school

My bloodpressure level has been high since highschool. Am in my early 20's with an athletic body as I am sporty so I never really understood. Later i figured it might be genetic as my Grandma, dad and elder sister had it alongside my diet and salt intake maybe triggered with stress. Over the years it affected my studies without my knowledge until I knew the symptoms of hypertension which include body weakness, fatigue and headaches among others. The feeling when the mind is willing but the body is not finally made sense as it was almost every morning. This made me get retakes reseats and special examinations due to poor performance. I wouldn't afford to pay the retakes as I am under sports scholarship and the units are really expensive here, ( retakes are not paid for) I therefore decided to turn to kind strangers for help hoping to get more than enough so as I can get the medication I need as well.
