Background / Goals

An idle lot located near to the heart of Talisay City, Negros Occidental with lot area of 250 square meter. With proximity area for Colleges and State university around the area. Potential growth of student seen due to emerging cities of Silay and Bacolod and all around the Negro region.

Goal of this crowd funding to:

• To provide affordable student dormitory to province wide, to cater Secondary and Tertiary Educations as well for higher educations. Lowest compare to market
• To provide safe place and conducive learning space for students
• To provide fast and reliable internet connections for further increase research and enhance studies for free
• To provide computer hardware for student, provided free of use for students
• Introduce green technology and cost saving initiatives to save maintenance and operation cost

2. Maximum student: 198 on site
3. Provision for Common Bath Room and Comfort Room
4. Common area for Study Area, Food, and Light Laundry
5. Exclusive Donee Room for investor: 2 Rooms with Bath / CR
