Help me to Fullfil my educational dream

Hello, I'm from India. I had completed my high school graduation. I got 85 percent marks in my senior school exam.It's my dream from my younger ages to study abroad. But I am from a average income family and my financial back ground is poor. So my parents can't afford my expenses for studying in abroad. I am interested in Psychology till From my younger age. And it's my dream and passion to study Psychology abroad. I am applying for Psychology because I am not interested in working infront of a computer or in an industrial sector, because I like to work with interacting to people. And psychology is such a field that matches with my interests.

And I want study Psychology in abroad especially in Europe because in my country India there's only limited opportunities for psychologists and also I want to build up a bright future for me as a psychologist. So in all ways higher education in Europe can pave the building stone for my dreams. And it's my dream to pursue my higher studies without disturbing my parents by asking money from them. As this is my condition I am once again requesting your kindness and help for making my dream come true. And I got admitted in a university in Netherlands for bsc psychology but the fees there is 8300 euro per year and I have almost needed 10000 euro to join there (including other expenses). So please kindly help me to find the money.
