Bed&Breakfast

I need to fix my house, so I can rent one room in order to make a basic living. My husband and I are struggling terribly to survive here in Greece. We teach yoga classes, but there are very few students and not consistant, so we thought we can make a small bed&breakfast, hopefully have it ready before the summer, when most tourists will come. We need to buy a double bed, matress, sheets, fix the window that is stuck and doesn't open, build a wall to separate it from the hallway, paint the rest of the walls and a lot of other small things to make it functional.
