Less than two weeks to go! Today we ran our longest and last training run until the big day on 15th October. Another record for me; 32kms around Düsseldorf and along the Rhein and I survived!! hurrah! From here on will stick with under 10km runs to keep the legs strong.

So happy with all the donations we are getting! Just enjoyed post run meal of roast lamb rack and kumara yum yum! It has become a bit of a tradition on our long runs to have a big roast meal afterwards, and the only thing we talk about in the last few kms to get us around :P

The first one was after running 19 kms: roast chicken on the BBQ,

After the half marathon we ran in Cologne: roast beef also on the BBQ - cooked to Perfection!

After 26 km run: roast pork belly! omnom
