Training fee donations

Dear All,

Greetings, my name is Restu Warno Putra and I'm from Jakarta, Indonesia. I'm a working man for almost 4 years, with Master Degree, and live only with my mom on a rental house. I made about less than $410 salary each month, I got no savings, and huge monthly expenses that I have to pay. It has been more than a year since the last time I look for a new job, I even apply at Microsoft and Google Indonesia but got no luck in it. I work in a company where the employee turnover is extremely high on every department, from top to bottom, I wanted to out as well because I saw nothing from this company that could make me develop my skill and knowledge. However I always try to developed my self by apply into some kind of training to increase my value in the future.

And I'm here no more than asking for your aid and support. There's a training that I would love to join but my monthly salary is not enough for me to be the participant, while my company is just doesn't care about it. It's a Certified Professional Management Accountant (CPMA) review, which I could use in the future to gain more knowledge about the Management Accountant scope, and the cost of this training is about $345 (IDR 4.600.000).
