An emergency hospitalization turned out into a nightmare when the medical aid refused to pay for anything. Instead, excuses were made and even though tests results showed a negative diagnosis, the medical aid insisted that it was positive and not disclosed. I am left with a hospital bill of over R40 000 and doctors plus all other charges of an additional R60 000.
