With the first US$1.000, Raven could buy this machine. Looks little, but it´s vital. It´s a O2 generator. With this, her mother can breathe, and she don´t need to recharge the O2 tank twice at day.

Raven is treating her mother at home, and she was recharging the O2 tanks twice/day. On Sunday, she was notified she was taking the last 2 tanks. There are no more O2 tanks available on the Country. Even in La Paz, capital.

Thanks to your help, on Monday we raised US$1.000 and she was able to buy the O2 generator. It´s not so effective as the tanks, but it will keep her mother while she still needs the ventilator.

Maybe some of you already know that, but Bolívia, where she lives, is in a critical situation regarding the COVID pandemic. Public hospitals are full, they can´t help any new patientes. And private hospitals are really expensives - U$1.000 / day or more. So, she and her mothers are at home. But even staying at home, it´s an expensive treatment, with the need for the O2 and all medicines. She´s trying her best to take care of her mother - even being sick with covid, too.
