Hey guys!

I am so overwhelmed by all of your support! This is so incredible! WE HAVE STARTED BUILDING!!! Thanks to you guys and all your donations!!!! Frances and Boom are blown away and cannot believe this is all really happening. We have attached a 3D design of the house for you all to see, this is where your money is going!

After many conversations with different contractors, we have chosen one that we love. Even though this is Thailand, we have realised that to do this properly, it is not going to be cheap. To build a house big enough for everyone is much more than they had expected. So many extra costs have popped up like getting the right permits and working with local engineers.

Therefore I have decided to continue this fundraiser to keep helping them with all the extra costs once the house is built, including furnishing the house, kitchen appliances, building a well and adding a chicken coop.

Unfortunately we have discovered the new land is not connected to a water supply at all and that the local government is unwilling to do this. So we need to build a well, with water storage tanks. We will also set up an area to collect and store rainwater. This will help them cut down on costs and can be used in emergencies.

Another addition I want to build them a chicken coop so that they can have fresh eggs everyday. One thing I realized during my time there was how much these kids eat and how far Frances and Boom go to provide for their every need. This also helps with making it sustainable as they will have their own supply of eggs!

In terms of furnishing the house, a lot of what they are using now belongs to their landlord. I want to provide these kids with everything they deserve, however to us these are just basic things that we take for granted. I would love each kid to have their own comfy bed and dresser (some are sleeping on the floor), table and chairs for homework (also they lie on the floor), and a big comfy couch!

They are honestly the most amazing kids and deserve this so much. Please help me, help them <3
