Good day everyone!

We will be purchasing the printing equipment and supplies as soon as we raise enough funds. But, before we do so, we first need to repair the porch and convert it to a workshop. We need a knowledgeable person to do this, someone professional. We will see to it that the area will be theft-proof and safe for storing the materials.

We invited two different contractors to assess the area and provide estimates. The first contractor proposed a total of about Php12,000 for labor and materials. Here's a photo of the estimated materials and labor cost from the first contractor:

We are still awaiting the cost estimates from the second contractor. The second contractor proposed using steel bars for the roof, which they will redo to elevate it and add a ceiling for better ventilation and for offsetting heat. They will also install steel grills to secure the workshop from break-ins.
