DAN PROMATRANJA 18/84 (TJEDAN PROMATRANJA 3/12)

Evo malo da se javimo sa Tobijem 19 dana nakon posljednjeg updatea. Toby je nakon 84 i nešto više dana terapije napokon došao u svoj zauvijek dom i to 12.03. Terapiju je završio 07.03. te je 08.03. započeo proces promatranja koji slijedi nakon 84 dana liječenja. Proces promatranja će trajati isto 84 dana te će mu se svaki mjesec vaditi krvna slika kako bi se uvjerili da je sve u redu i da se FIP neće vratiti. Dakle krv će mu se vaditi na mjesec dana promatranja, 2 mjeseca promatranja i na samom kraju, na danu promatranja 84/84.

Sada kad smo sredili ove tehničke stvari, malo o Tobiju.

Nas mali hrabriša se uči normalnom životu, Ide mu onako laganini - ali ide. Prošao je pakao od rođenja i tek sad počinje život prave mačke. U svoj dom je stigao u petak 12.03. Na početku je imao svoju sobu dok se malo ne privikne pa se počeo družiti sa ostale 3 mace u stanu. Još uvijek treba raditi sa njim iako je terapija završila. Prije nekih 2 mjeseca je počeo hodati na zadnje noge nakon dugog perioda nehodanja i to mu još uvijek malo šljaka - treba ojačati te zadnje mišiće. Hoda neloše ali sa skakanjem nije još uvijek na ti. Zato teta koja ga je posvojila svaki dan vježba sa njim, igra se i na taj način pokušava postići da mu ti mišići zadnjih nogu ojačaju. Još uvijek ima problema sa inkontinencijom pa ostavlja lokve i "poklončiće" po stanu ali to je sve normalno nakon FIP-a i same terapije za FIP. Nadamo se da će to sve ići na bolje kako period promatranja bude odmicao.

Sve slike su inače dodane i na glavni dio kampanje - na story. Dodali smo i popis svih donacija koje smo skupili do sada, trenutmo samo napisano na listu papira pa uslikano ali dodati ću to uskoro i u Excel radi veće preglednosti. Skupljeno je 2805 $. Plaćena je terapija 2300$. Plaćen je jedan dio vet. racuna 3000 kn. Još nam preostaje platiti ostatak vet. računa koji je 13.000 kn, malo je veći račun nego što smo mislili da će biti ali kako je tako je. Biti će plaćeno. Popis donacija i vet. račun ispod.

DAY OF OBSERVATION 18/84 (WEEK OF OBSERVATION 3/12)

Here’s a little bit of information about Toby 19 days after the last update. After 84 or so days of therapy, Toby finally came to his forever home on March 12th. He finished the therapy on March 7th and 8th of March started the observation process that follows after 84 days of treatment. The observation process will also take 84 days, and a blood test will be taken every month to make sure everything is OK and that the FIP will not return. His blood will be drawn for a month of observation, 2 months of observation and finally, on the day of observation 84/84.

Now that we've sorted out these technical things, a little about Toby.

Our little braver learns a normal life, his progress is slow - but he progresses. He went through hell from birth and just now he begins the life of a real cat. He arrived in his forever home on Friday 12th of March. At the beginning, he had his own room until he got used to the new environment, after which he started hanging out with the other 3 cats in the apartment. He still needs to be worked with, even though the therapy is over. About 2 months ago he started walking on his hind legs after a long period of not walking and it still slags him a bit - those hind muscles need to be strengthened. He walks well but with jumping - there are still issues. That is why the lady who adopted him exercises with him every day, plays and in that way tries to make those muscles of his hind legs strengthen. He still has problems with incontinence, so he leaves puddles and "gifts" around the apartment, but this is all normal after FIP and FIP therapy itself. We hope that all this will get better as the observation period progresses.

All the pictures were added to the main part of the campaign - the story. We have also added a list of all the donations we have collected so far, currently only written on a sheet of paper and then photographed, but I will soon add this to Excel for greater clarity. We raised 2805$. The therapy costs were 2300$. One part of the veterinary bill was paid - 3000 kn. We still have to pay the rest of the veterinary bill, which is 13000 kn in total, it’s a little bigger bill than we thought it would be, but, it is as it is. It will be paid. List of donations and veterinary bill is below.
